What is Listening Circle?

A Listening Circle is a guided group conversation centred around a thoughtfully chosen topic such as self-worth, imposter syndrome, or boundaries.

Through gentle prompts, everyone is invited to share, if they wish, while others simply listen. There are no opinions to give, no advice to offer and no one trying to fix anyone.

It's a space to listen with presence, speak with honesty and feel heard without judgement. Because healing often begins when we stop trying to solve and simply start listening.
