Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policy

SHIPPING

  • Orders are dispatched in 3-4 working days. It takes about 3-4 working days for the order to reach you once dispatched.
  • Return pickups are provided depending on the serviceability of your pin-code by the shipping provider.
  • Returns take about 5-7 working days to reach us once picked up from your place.
  • Once the returned pieces are received your requested piece or credit will be shipped/ issued in 7 working days.
  • Orders once placed can only be cancelled before the same has been dispatched or within 24 hours of the order being placed, whichever is earlier.

 

EXCHANGE

Eligibility:

Your purchase is eligible for exchange if it meets the following requirements:

  • If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged in size. (If the new size requested is out of stock, we will issue a coupon code which will be valid for 6 months)
  • If the product you received is damaged. (Please share a photograph of the damaged product at the Return and Exchange Portal within 24 hours of receiving the product.)
  • Tote Bags, Pouches, Plant Holders and Cushion Covers cannot be exchanged/returned.

 

 Policy:

  • If your order is eligible for Exchange, you can place your exchange request by clicking here. Request for exchange should be placed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • If your order is eligible for Exchange, we will schedule a pickup for the garments within 48 hours of receiving the request. All additional information will be provided via email.
  • Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag and invoice.
  • Item once exchanged can't be exchanged, returned or refunded. 
  • If the size you want in exchange is ‘Out of Stock’, you will be issued a coupon code which will be valid for 6 months. The coupon code issued can be used to make a purchase from our complete online collection.
  • The Exchange Process takes 9-18 days.

 

RETURN

We do not provide bank refunds on any product once sold.

We provide store credit if you don’t like the style of the product that you received. In this case, we will issue a coupon code which will be valid for 6 months. We will not limit your options; you will be able to choose from our complete online collection. Pieces purchased on store credits are not eligible for returns. Refunds are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

  • Ayuda reserves the right to inspect a returned product.
  • All courier charges for return will be borne by us.
  • We use a third-party service for shipping our orders, they provide reverse pick up services across almost all PIN Codes nationwide. Unfortunately, there are some areas which are ODZ (Out of Delivery Zone), in such instances where we are unable to arrange for a reverse pick up, you will be required to courier us the product at your own cost.
  • Tote Bags, Pouches, Plant Holders and Cushion Covers cannot be exchanged/returned.  

COUPON CODE

  • The coupon code is sent to the email address the customer had registered with.
  • The coupon code will be valid for 6 months. We will not limit your options; you will be able to choose from our complete online collection
  • The coupon code is valid for six months. If the coupon code expires the amount will not be refunded and the coupon code will not be issued again, so please use it till it’s valid.
  • Coupon code policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
